Many historians of WWII give different counts for the number of military personnel killed during the war.

On the right (scroll to see more) you'll see a chart for each country involved in the war. On the charts are the different historians/publications which documented military death counts for that country in their accounts of the war. They are grouped by their percentage difference from the median military death toll for that country.

If you click the big link below, you'll find a list of checkboxes corresponding to each unique source (on the left) and each country (on the right). If you uncheck any of those boxes, the source or country associated with that checkbox will disappear from the data set and the charts will be redrawn.
